We have been based on Ludgate Hill in the Jewellery Quarter for the past three years, but due to recent expansion we have moved to more spacious and modern office space. We were keen to remain in the Jewellery Quarter and have chosen our new premises on Tenby Street. This is an exciting next chapter of our business in Birmingham and we plan to host new events, meetings, networking and fundraising activities.

TLO Risk Services Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Silcock as a main board Director. Mike will be responsible for continuing the development of TLO’s professional risks business.
Mike joins TLO after a hugely successful 30 year career in the insurance industry. He spent nearly 15 years at global broker Aon, most recently as their Head of UK Professions business.
Mike subsequently moved to JLT Specialty, to establish a London market PI division, before moving to Willis Towers Watson to assist in the development of their professional services division.
He has been involved in the account management, acquisition and broking of a broad range of sophisticated retail professional service firm clients, including various ‘magic circle’ firms. He has also been instrumental in developing major insurance schemes, facilities and overseas solutions.
Andrew Sayer, Chairman of TLO, commented: “Mike brings tremendous industry knowledge to TLO and has an exceptional track record of delivering growth in this industry. Following a busy 2017 TLO Risk Services have expanded their Birmingham Offices on Ludgate Hill, Jewellery Quarter with the appointment of Rebecca Monks as Finance Manager.
Becky heads up the finance department at TLO. Her career to date spans over 12 years working in finance within both commercial and insurance sectors. Becky joined underwriting agency Primary Broker Services in the early stages of its development (latterly Primary General) supporting through a period of intense and rapid growth from one to seven sites. Becky furthered her career as Management Accountant with acquisitions broker Cullum Capital Ventures covering the Midlands region. More recently administrating the finances for No5 Chambers in Birmingham (a highly regarded large set of Barristers Chambers with four sites) Becky’s experience provides a unique understanding of our clients and insurer partners business.

The One Hundred and One Dalmatians which ran from 30 November until 13th January, the theatre appealed for 101 businesses to give hundreds of young people the chance to visit the theatre last Christmas.
The aim of the 101 business appeal was to provide light relief around the Christmas period for local disadvantaged children and families, for whom the festive period is a particularly difficult time. With this 108 businesses supported The REP's appeal, and TLO were pleased to be one of them. All together the appeal raised a fantastic £34, 725.75 which provided over 1300 tickets for local children and families.
This project was formed as part of the Big Give Christmas Challenge and as a result a number of the donations were doubled
